Once we hear from you, we’ll take the time to get to know your dog - their personality, routine, and any special care needs. With that information, we’ll tailor a stay that suits them perfectly, provide a personalised quote, and arrange a relaxed meet & greet to ensure everyone feels comfortable.
Meet & Greet
Before your dog stays with me, we’ll schedule a meet and greet to make sure it’s a great fit—for both your pup and my home. This short visit helps ease your mind and gives your dog a chance to become familiar with the new environment.
🐾 Introduction
We’ll take a few minutes to chat while your dog gets to sniff around and explore the space at their own pace. I’ll also introduce them (slowly and safely) to our Dog Cleo & any Guests we have staying.
🐾 Getting to Know Your Dog
We’ll talk about your dog’s routine, personality, likes, dislikes, and any special needs or medical requirements.
🐾 Tour of the Home
You’ll get to see where your dog will sleep, eat, and play during their stay.

Feel free to ask any questions about my experience, daily routine, or anything else that matters to you. I’ll also go over next steps, supplies to bring, and any required forms or vaccinations.
The meet and greet usually takes around 30 to 60 minutes or more and is a relaxed, no-pressure way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident before booking your dog’s stay.
Premium In-Home Boarding
When it’s time for their stay, your dog will enjoy personalized, attentive care in a safe, cozy home environment. Expect regular daily updates with photos and videos with premium care, and all the comfort they’re used to - plus a few extra snuggles. We provide the complete dog sitting service including collecting and delivering of your dog for a fee. We even send you daily photographs and videos, all as part of the service.
